# Contact form

A stock contact form is enabled when you create your Mavenseed account set to email you at your site's email set up within your [communication preferences. ](https://docs.mavenseed.com/managing-your-site/settings/communications)

* To customize your site's contact form head over to the [form builder](https://docs.mavenseed.com/managing-your-site/settings/forms), 
* Once your contact form is set up, you will also be able to embed your contact form in any page that utilizes the [Page Builder.](https://docs.mavenseed.com/creating-content/page-builder)

To help mitigate SPAM submissions, by default your contact form will also include a simple math question.
